Hello and welcome to Tuscany! My name is Rossella and I have been an Authorized/Licensed Tour Guide for more than 25 years, and 10 years ago I qualified and passed the exams to also become an Authorized Private Driver. I use a lovely brand new black Mercedes van to take visitors to the Tuscan Countryside, to wineries, to medieval hilltowns and visit this side of Italian gems such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Cortona, Montepulciano, Cinqueterre . . . and the list goes on and on. I can consider myself energetic, personable and kwnoledgeable. I have to be so. . . I am mother of five. I am a good cook too, I cook for clients and I offer Italian Cooking lessons as far away as Hawaii, where I spent nearly a month. It includes the best seller Pisa and Florence tour. The tour starts from the port where your cruise ship arrives. A 1hr ride to Pisa and just behind the ancient city walls we will have the chance to see the leaning tower so famous worldwide, but remember: other buildings are in the Miracle square such as the Baptistery, the Duomo and the Camposanto. From Pisa we drive for 75 min to Florence, and the first stop (or last stop, depending on the time and traffic) will be at Piazzale Michelangelo: there the beauty and the grandeur of the Duomo, Giotto's Belltower, Santa Croce Church, the political palace named Palazzo della Signoria will be displayed to your eyes. In town I will be your tour guide and together we will visit the Accademy museum with skip the line tickets, where the Statue of David and others called the "Prisoners" by Michelangelo are housed. After free time for lunch or gelato or shopping, we meet to go to drive back to your cruise ship.
Rozella was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable about Italy. She could explain the history extremely well. This was our favorite excursion by far. I will use her again. It was worth every penny we spent. She picked us up at the cruise ship terminal, had a wonderful visit while driving to Pisa, then on to Florence to the Accademia museum, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and more. Suggested amazing restaurant for lunch! Hands down the best tour ever!
This tour was amazing. We pulled right up to the tower of Pisa! The 7 and 14 years olds with us were fully engaged. Highly recommend the tour

Rossella does what she states in her tour. She does not tell you how knowledgeable she is in history, art, and food. Her driving is outstanding. My husband and I can't believe how she can move in and out of traffic to get you where you want to go. She arranges your lunch at the best places for views and authentic Italian dishes outside if the touristy places. We really appreciated every detail Rossella provided in her tours. We will definitely book Rossella again anytime we return to Italy.

Excellent tour. It was great to be driven from the ship to Florence & Pisa, where Rossella pre-booked tickets for accademia and to climb the duomo. Rossella was very organized & knowledgable. Highly recommend
