Servus in Wien! Travelling and exploring cultures is one of my passions and I always search the contact with locals. For me this is the most authentic way to understand a culture, to be part of it, even if it is for a short time. With me you will use your time efficiently (e. g. you do not have to stand in line for tickets or search the sights) and get optimal information and directions. I am a Licensed Tourist Guide in Austria (AustriaGuide), member of the Chamber of Commerce Vienna. I do not have a commercial driver's license, but I can arrange a car with a driver.

The tour is a combination of sightseeing tour and photo-shooting session in Vienna, focused on taking pictures at places of interest from an out-of-the-ordinary perspective with the commentary of a professional tourist guide. It is suitable for amateur or professional photographers, who want to shoot exceptional photos of Vienna at their ease with their own cameras and along the way learn about Vienna. I am a passionate amateur photographer and as a private tourist guide I know many different aspects of the main attractions in Vienna (see my photos). After we have discussed the itinerary based upon my suggestions, your preferences, the season and the weather we will follow it at your very personal pace, having all the time needed for photography.
Marieta was brilliant and I want to tell everyone she just made our stay in Vienna with amazing information and made sure our tour gave us an excellent overview of Vienna - we went everywhere and saw so much and Marieta was the conduit that allowed us to do this - she was so kind and gave suggestions of good photo places - so good.
Marieta led the most wonderful tour around Vienna! We had just arrived in the morning and met her at 2pm for a truly informative and enjoyable tour! We learned so much about the various different districts and the history. Knowing that we are all classical musicians, she incorporated a great deal of art and music into the tour. She is quite knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to spend the afternoon with her. What a memorable introduction to a fantastic city! We whole-heartedly recommend her!
We're very glad we took the Photography tour in Vienna with Marieta. We were able to personalize our itinerary to meet our unique interests and make best use of our limited time. Marieta was well-prepared and very knowledgeable and flexible -- a real pleasure to be with. She went out of her way to be helpful to get us a particular photo we wanted. We will agree upon an itinerary before we start the tour, but here is a first suggestion for some "photogenic" main sites: -St. Stephen's cathedral, the city's landmark; -Belvedere Palace, the summer residence of Prince Eugene in baroque style; -Hundertwasserhaus, an apartment building decorated by the artist Hundertwasser; -Parlament, a unique building in Greek-Roman style on the majestic Ringstrasse.
