San Francisco's Four Peaks

Like all our tours with Ryan, this one was AMAZING and TONS OF FUN. We walked through Castro, Mission, learned whole lot about history and culture of the neighborhoods. Passing by lovely houses, we discussed architecture of different time periods. We stopped by various trees and flowers, learned its names and culinary uses, smelled, looked, touched. We visited fun shops: one with the theme of a pirate ship, where we had fun, one taxidermy shop, where we got souvenirs, one chocolate shop, where we got to taste and many more fun places, including Dolores park with a giant slide. It was so much, that it is hard to remember. The pictures that we took on that trip is enough for a whole book. Kids were thoroughly entertained by Ryan and were thrilled to go on 2 more walking tours with him. Walking tours with Ryan were a highlight of our vacation at San Francisco. Highly recommend!

Ryan is an excellent tour guide and is engaging from start to finish. He has a wealth of knowledge and is clearly passionate about the history of SF. We found ourselves learning a lot that we didn't expect we would learn about. One of us is newer to the Bay and the other has spent much more time in SF, however we both left with a completely new perspective on the city.

Highly recommend both tour and guide. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable both in regards to history of the city, flora and fauna. Go off the beaten path with a local. Worth it.

The tour although three hours of walking was loads of fun. Ryan knew exactly how to keep the momentum going and he shared loads of interesting stories that were relevant to the tour. *thumbs up*
