Great day with Roberto. Even before the tours he was happy to change the initial plan fot the visiti adapting it to our particular goals. More than good Spanish... it is quite obvious he has spent some time in Spain. We met in our hotel and started the tour at the same time taking profit from its location, the hole tour is planned to visit SF as deep as possible in a day. Firstly, we visited the piers, then Lombard St., Coit Tower, Little Italy, Japantown, Financial District, Alamo Square, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge and the Palace Fine Arts. Finally, it is proper to highlight I lost my bag during the visit and Roberto made all the formalities in order to have it back in Spain... I just want to say thank you. To sum up, very advisable tour guide and it was very nice to meet you Roberto!
Roberto is AMAZING! We highly recommend his tour!!! He is very knowledgeable and accommodating! We saw ALL of the major sights while spending a leisurely afternoon making a new friend! We asked Roberto to suggest his favorite restaurant in Chinatown for lunch and he did not disappoint! China Live served some of the best Chinese food we’ve ever had in an elegant trendy setting! There were six of us on this tour. We all raved about how much fun we had! A great way to see San Francisco for the first time!
We had the best time with our amazing guide Roberto whom we booked for a full day tour! He accommodated every request we had, even stopping at a local Bakery to get my son breakfast and lunch In Chinatown that was wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable of the city and takes you to unexpected hidden places with the most amazing views you can think of. We had the best time with Roberto. He went above and beyond our expectations and we are extremely thankful. We highly recommend!!!

Roberto was excellent - as a driver and as a guide. Very accommodating in working with us in arranging a pick up outside of the area he normally would go. He was very knowledgeable of all of San Francisco and showed us some great areas we knew nothing about. So helpful in making sure we saw as much as possible on our day in the city. Was able to co-ordinate so we could experience the true San Francisco!!
