Hello, I've been driving and guiding in the tour and transportation business for over 30 years. My driving record is spotless, for decades. I supply sanitizer, utilize strategic air flow, and follow the latest medical and scientific recommendations. Are you looking for the best and most experienced driver guide? You will be pleasantly surprised to receive more than you expect. My tours are customized to each party. I am happy to take photos for you. I drove large tour buses here and all over California for 15 years. I have been conducting custom/private tours and transport here in my luxury Sport Utility Vehicles since 2000. My SUV has a running board step, and I also bring a sturdy step stool. My vehicle has plenty of space for luggage and wheelchairs. My vehicle is spotless. I am committed to your safety, comfort, and overall experience. My personable customer service, knowledge, driving skills, and experience are unsurpassed. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world, and from all walks of life. I have traveled to 17 countries, and driven in most of them. I enjoy multiday road trips, planning and touring. San Francisco is a safe city. We now have CCTV cameras, license plate readers, and speed cameras. The big city issue of homelessness is being effectively addressed by our new mayor. San Francisco is the number one city in the world for quality and diverse restaurants. If you will be driving on a road trip after San Francisco, I will share many "do not miss" places throughout California. I can also share with you some of the best short (or longer) hikes in California, that are some of the most scenic in the world. Thank you for exploring my standard tours, and custom itineraries are also available. I've been a Commercial California Drivers License tour bus driver/guide for 15 years, and limousine driver for 25 years. These positions require extensive safety training, and annual drug screen testing. Member of the San Francisco Tour Guide Guild for many years. Thank you for considering my services! Sincerely, Roger W.

The Wine country sure has changed since my 1st tour in 1990. The # of wineries has mushroomed, as well as the geographical area. Experience the magic of one of the most scenic and premier wine producing regions in the world. Together, we will plan a memorable day of fine wine, spectacular scenery, and gourmet food. We will select from well-known producers, to secret boutique wineries. Choose from fine dining, casual dining, or a gourmet picnic lunch in a beautiful outdoor setting. We will likely cross both the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay Bridge on a loop. We will make some nice bonus photo stops along the way. My driving skills and experience are unsurpassed. Round trip drive time is around 2. 5 to 3 hours, depending on itinerary and traffic. Specific wineries and restaurants may have limited availability, especially on weekends.
Wine country itineraries vary, as this is customized to your interests, time, and budget. Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley have over 400 wineries open for tasting. Napa Valley is about 30 miles long by 5 miles wide. Sonoma Valley is about half that size, and more serene. Winery facility tours and tasting fees range from about $50 to $150 per person. You will probably choose to depart San Francisco about 09:30AM on our journey. I recommend starting with a tour and tasting, followed by lunch. If the 1st winery provides hors d'oeuvres, then we can do a 2nd tasting, then lunch. Then we will proceed for a 3rd tasting. Or you may skip the winery tour, and just have 3 tastings. This would allow us to explore farther north in Napa Valley. This tour is 8 hours. We cross both the Bay Bridge and the Golden Gate Bridge. Many choose a tour and tasting, nice lunch, followed by tasting with a view. We usually drive by some floating homes in Sausalito, 1 or 2 secret Golden Gate Bridge photo stops, and more.
