Roberto was a fantastic guide. To start with, he accommodated our crazy schedule as we got into SF after lunch and only had the afternoon for the tour. He was easy to communicate iwth, was at the hotel to pick us up right on time and had a great plan for our party of one 65 year old grandmother and two grandkids: a 14 year old boy and 11 year old girl. He made sure to include the kids in panning what to see and covered so much that we felt like we truly had a taste of SF in the short time available.
