Hi and welcome to this beautiful jewel by the Bay that has been my home for 50 years, SAN FRANCISCO! My name is Ader and I like to give tailored tours of my favorites haunts and joints in this home of mine. I love San Francisco, and I love to share that love with world wide travelers who will gain a keen appreciation of San Francisco after having gone on one of my tours. I give these tours because I enjoy meeting people and love what I do. All the tours are specifically tailored to your interests. I am a big believer that it is your tour and the tour should cover your interests. I give you a lot of choices but you decide what you want us to cover. All my tours are San Francisco centric, cause that is where I live, and it makes it easy for me to coordinate connecting with you. Most of the sights and sounds of this amazing city are all within 30 minutes driving distance. So you can get a pretty good idea of the city after having gone on one of my tours. My guiding style is playful and entertaining. I won't bore you with any more facts then the ones you are interested in. I will tailor the tour based on your specific interests, and I will always give you choices: we can go here or there, which one is more interesting to you? Or you can let me make all the decisions. My preference is for customized tours where we go deep into the culture of San Francisco using the sights of this scenic city as our backdrop. Here is what I can promise you if you tour with me. I will not be flaky. When I make a commitment, I will keep it. I will be on time. I will not push any stores or vendors or restaurants onto you. I will be happy to make suggestions and give you advise, IF asked. I will pick you up and drop you off anywhere in the city of San Francisco. If you need to be picked up or dropped off at the airport, it will cost you $50 extra each way. We will primarily do our touring in an Uber. Now a little bit about myself. I am completely fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi and Gujrati. I was a docent at the Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco for over 20 years, so I have tons of experience giving entertaining tours. I have traveled all over Asia, Europe, America, Canada, Middle East, Far East, China, South America, Japan, you name it. My interests include wine, coffee, gourmet food, art and design, fashion, and travel. I am a Parsi Zoroastrian (Google it!) and I will fill you in on that if you are interested. So enough about me and I hope to connect with you soon on a very enjoyable, quirky, not too manic tour of this city I call home. Studied European and American art history extensively. Was a docent with the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art for 20 years. Worked at Bonham's in their vintage carpets department. I will not be driving, but I can accompany you in your car as a step-up guide, or we will be taking Ubers and taxis for short rides from location to location. Uber rides will be paid for by the guest. Here is a 1 minute video of a walking tour I gave recently (September 6th 2025) used with permission of the travelers. https://x.com/composiohq/status/1966269355639058449 and here is another version of it https://www.tiktok.com/@insidecomposio/video/7549045208520887607 See you soon on one of my tours!

If you are as much of a foodie as I am, this is the tour for you. So let's take a deep anthropological dive into the vibrant Mission District, where we will discover the art, culture, history, architecture and of course the food! We'll start with a walk on Clarion Alley and study the strikingly creative & inspiring street art. We'll check out the art galleries and the artisan food shops, like Dandelion Chocolate & Mission Cheese. We'll then take a well-deserved break for lunch/dinner, at Burma Love for the award-winning, mouth-watering Tea Leaf Salad or any of the Burmese curries, fiery braised tofu or Superstar shrimp with coconut rice. There is no better food for the soul, nor more unique flavors for our senses. And the only way to see if I'm right is by testing it yourself! To top off the tour, we'll stop @ Stonemill Matcha Cafe for some Sakura Mochi, Matcha Caneles and an insanely good Hojicha Latte, or instead go to Samovar for the much-acclaimed Roasted Dandelion. Everything needed for a perfect day
