Sonoma Valley Wine Tour Enjoy a full day exploring the wines, scenery, and history of Sonoma Valley. Departing from San Francisco, cross the iconic Golden Gate Bridge on your way to wine country. Take in rolling hills lined with vineyards and charming wineries set amid Sonoma’s beautiful countryside. Your day includes a winery tour and wine tasting in the morning, followed by another winery tour and tasting in the afternoon. The wineries are selected by us. Between winery visits, explore the historic town of Sonoma, the birthplace of California’s original Bear Flag. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Sonoma, at your own expense, with time to appreciate the town’s charming plaza. After your afternoon winery visit, return to your San Francisco hotel.

Your Sonoma tour begins around 9:00 am with pickup at your hotel within San Francisco. We’ll cross the Golden Gate Bridge and pass through charming small towns in Marin County before reaching Sonoma County. We’ll visit the first winery in the morning, followed by lunch at your own expense in the town of Sonoma, where we’ll suggest some restaurants. Around 2:00 pm, we’ll visit the second winery, finishing around 4:00 pm. We’ll then return across the Golden Gate Bridge, arriving at your hotel around 6:00 pm, depending on traffic.
