I am native New Yorker, born and raised in Manhattan. Growing up from a young age I always loved spending my free time at museums, and riding the subway to different neighborhoods to explore. I have a B.A. in theatre from Binghamton University and have worked on various film, TV, theatre and commercial projects. I became a licensed tour guide in 2013, and have done tours with both small and large groups, including walking tours, as well as public transportation/bus tours. I love showing my hometown to both visitors and to locals who want to explore and learn more about this great city. In taking one of my tours, my goal is for you to experience New York like a local. Therefore, my tours are done either on foot or with public transportation, the most typical ways to get around here. You can choose from one of my tours listed and I would also be happy to work with you to customize either a half or full day tour to check off as many bucket list items of yours as possible.

In addition to being one of the most recognizable bridges in the world, the story of how the Brooklyn Bridge was built is equally incredible. On this tour, we'll walk across this magnificent bridge, discussing its history. Therefore I'll be sure to let you know about the Roebling Family, who were the bridge's engineers. This experience also provides spectacular views of lower & midtown Manhattan as well as the Verrazzano Bridge, Governor's Island, Ellis Island & the Statue of Liberty. In addition to this, you'll get to see America's most beautiful City Hall, at least according to New Yorkers.
·This tour begins in lower Manhattan, in the shadows of the oldest city hall in the United States. ·From there, we'll head to Brooklyn Bridge. ·As we approach the bridge, I'll tell you about its history & the events that prompted the cities of New York & Brooklyn to want to build a bridge in the first place. ·As we walk across the bridge, I'll tell you how it was constructed. ·Once on the Brooklyn Side, we'll discuss the origins of the name Dumbo as we stroll the streets and see some of the buildings from the neighbourhoods with a working class past. ·Our tour will end on the waterfront in Dumbo where you'll get spectacular views and photo opportunities with the Brooklyn Bridge & the Manhattan Skyline.
