My parents sailed by the Statue of Liberty in 1948, seeking as millions before them, a new life filled with possibilities as they fled war ravaged Europe. Since I earned my NYC Tour Guide License in 2006, I have had the privilege to tell their story and that of New York City to countless visitors with real stories such as those my parents and family which includes persons making their living in fashion design, film making, church work, music, Real Estate and medicine. This helps give you an authentic sense of this City and region. This City holds a fascinating history and I will tell you the many stories of the City along with captivating facts and figures. My tours of the City comes alive as I share up close and personal life stories and those of the people; including myself working with firefighters as a their chaplain and at the World Trade Center with victim families and survivors. I give the tour 4 1/2 stars. We saw a lot in 4 hours but had to take pictures as we just drove by. Maybe I should have scheduled 5-6 hours and did more stops. We only got out of the vehicle twice but I think it's more our fault rather than Remo's. Remo was a very nice gentleman with a lot of knowledge about NYC and landmarks. But if you're only going to be in NYC once, add some extra time to the tour.

Remo was a gem! Easy connecting at a very busy cruise terminal, to arrival/drop off as planned at airport. He was very determined to show us all the sights of NYC, and with interesting facts and observances. We saw parts of the city that would have been missed on basic tour bus. Great accommodations, perfect tour, and interesting host. We highly recommend Remo and his tours.
We scheduled this tour before the government shutdown. The main reason we scheduled this tour is to be pickup at the airport plus getting a tour. The pickup was super easy. We hit all the highlights of New York City. Time square, the Dakota, Central Park, Trump Tower and Statue of Liberty just to name a few. Due to the massive amount of traffic, there is no way for him to make a stop at each place, however he does his best to make as many stops as possible. He returned us to our Air BNB in Queens when the tour was done. Very enjoyable.
