A Great Day in New York City - Full Day Tour

Five Stars is almost an insult for this tour guide! From Day One, Jordan was interested in getting to know me—not just as a client, but as a person. He wanted to know about me, my interests, and what I hoped to experience in New York. His knowledge of the city, its history, and its marvelous landmarks was impressive, but what impressed me even more was the time he took to understand what would make my visit special. I was a woman traveling alone in a very big city with some mobility challenges, and Jordan made me feel comfortable and safe from the beginning. He met me in my hotel lobby each day and made sure I got safely back to my hotel. He was incredibly observant and always seemed to notice what I needed without my having to ask. When we encountered stairs, he made sure there was a handrail nearby, and when there wasn't one, he offered his hand. He never made me feel incapable—he simply made sure I was comfortable. If I became tired from walking, Jordan would find a place for me to sit and rest. Even those moments became part of the tour, because while we rested, he would tell me fascinating stories about the history and landmarks around us. But the thing that truly showed me how far Jordan was willing to go happened outside of our scheduled tour. I wanted to see a Broadway show while I was in New York, and Jordan had helped me find the show before I even arrived. The night before the performance, he texted and asked for my assigned seat. I soon discovered why. Jordan had contacted one of the theater's managers in advance, received permission to accompany me into the theater, arranged a red-carpet entrance, and personally escorted me to my seat. When the show ended, Jordan was there waiting for me and escorted me all the way back to my hotel. His tour was over. He had no obligation to do any of this, yet he went out of his way to make sure I could enjoy a Broadway evening by myself and feel safe getting back to my hotel. That is the kind of person Jordan is. He doesn't simply show you New York—he pays attention to the person beside him. He anticipates your needs, cares about your experience, and goes far beyond what is expected. Because of Jordan, I felt comfortable stepping outside my comfort zone and experiencing New York in a way I might not have had the confidence to do on my own. That is a gift that goes far beyond being a good tour guide. I came to New York as a woman traveling alone and left with wonderful memories, greater confidence, and an experience I will never forget. Jordan gave me much more than a tour. He gave me the feeling that someone genuinely cared about making my New York experience special. I cannot recommend Jordan highly enough. Five stars simply don't seem like enough!

A great day with Jordan. Yes, we got to see many of the tourist sites, but he took us off the beaten path to experience much more of NYC.

Jordan was a wonderful guide for my group of 56 people. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The folks in my group, many of whom had never been to NYC, were able to enjoy their time in the Big Apple thanks to Jordan's guidance. We visited the Statue of Liberty, 9/11 Memorial, Empire State Building, and Times Square. I plan on using Jordan again.
