Egypt, the first civilization with its magical art; Ancient Greece and Rome, the grandeur of the classical world; Knights; American Art, a young, fast developing culture; Impressionists; and choose from among Asia, European Painting, or Modern Art. Significant customization requires a custom tour that you can book through my NYC Your Way tour. Customization requires research and advance visits to the museum to prepare your tour to my professional standards. This can be a theme like AP Art History, Religious; one region that I did not list, topic, period, or style.

  • Other: We can only tour when the museum is open. I will confirm with you if the museum is open that date and time.

  • Other: Personal expenses. Admission. Everyone is required to pay for their Group tickets, with no exceptions. You must buy your Group (tour) Tickets, with me, on the shorter line or cue at the Group Desk, even though we are on a private tour. Your admission is about 8% discounted from the retail price. My admission is free, but it requires a Lecturer Badge that goes with your tickets. If you are a local resident or a museum member, both of whom are usually entitled to free admission, you are still required by the museum to pay for admission, at the discounted Group rate, for our tour. You are required to do this with me, at the Group desk. This is the museum's policy, and they strictly enforce it. I hope you understand. It will lead to a great experience. Thank you.
