From prehistoric monumental megaliths, Roman baths, Anglo-Saxon forts, Norman castles, medieval cathedrals, Tudor palaces, Georgian county houses, picturesque seaside villages, vibrant modern cities & the colourful characters who have lived here it could take a lifetime to see it all. When I travel to a new country I find that my time is limited & that often a private excursion is the best way to make use of it. I do not wish to be herded onto a big crowded tour bus waiting for strangers. One wants to travel with chosen companions, start at the location and time you desire, see only those place you are keen to see, have your own questions answered & at your own schedule and pace.
