Learn where Henry VIII met Anne Boleyn in secret, and find out why there is a pineapple on top of the roof of the Royal Pier Gatehouse. Visit Seacity Museum (Southampton) and learn about the most famous ship in human history, the 'Titanic'. Then take a walking tour of Southampton to discover the memorials and buildings that are associated with it. Make a pilgrimage to Salisbury Cathedral that has the tallest medieval spire in Europe (123 metres), and possesses one of the four remaining copies of the original 'Magna Carta'; a document that established our legal system. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable about the old town and gave an entertaining and enthusiastic tour of his hometown. Walked the top of the city wall to get a taste of what it was like when built. He even called us after the tour with a fact about the Titanic he’d forgotten.
