Istanbul Full-day Private Tour with Europe and Asia

Oguz was absolutely incredible. We were a big group including a baby and he did a great job keeping everyone together. We were so grateful for the ability to shape the day like we wanted while still following his expertise with where to go. The restaurant he took us for lunch had incredible food and we were happy to spend some time on the Asia side of Istanbul. He provided so much historical context to each place we went which was so helpful for understanding everything.

His was an excellent guide. He met us at our hotel at the pera palace and from there we got to see all the sites. We visited the mosques the cistern the statues, the spice market as well as the grand bazaar. We took several different modes of transportation and we enjoyed our time with him.

We had another exceptional day with Oguz exploring Istanbul’s hidden gems. From the stunning Rustem Pasha Mosque to the panoramic views at the Eyup Cemetery, Oguz guided us seamlessly through public transport and busy areas. High historical insights at the Eyup Sultan Mosque and the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church were fascinating. Balat’s charm and Mhrimah Sultan Mosque (my favorite) were unforgettable. Oguz went above and beyond trying to help us get football tickets and navigate ferries. His warmth, knowledge and dedication made the day special. Highly recommend!

Oguz was my guide for one-day in Istanbul. I asked that he take me to off the beaten path locations and show me the parts of Istanbul which one would miss when taking a general tour of this wonderful City. I had a fabulous day exploring the nooks and crannies of Istanbul while engaging in thought provoking conversation with Oguz. My only regret is that he was only available one day. I can't recommend him more highly.

We (group of 6 adults) toured the classical old city with Oguz. He knew to get tickets for Hagia Sofia and the Cistern without much waiting in line. We enjoyed his knowledge of history and the stories he told about the city. He took us to a great restaurant for lunch and to the Grand Bizarre on the public transportation. He did everything for us. We ended the tour shopping for Iznik hand made tiles (our request). Oguz is a great guide.

Everything about the tour was wonderful from the locations we visited to the personal input from our guide. I would definitely recommend this tour.
