At Topkapı Palace, we talk about sultans, queens, concubines, eunuchs, dwarfs and beyond, but actually we feel like meeting up with some of these significant colorful unusual people, and they will be connecting to the culture, with their statements or solid echoes on the streets we walk. A carving, a spice, a face, a passing detail—we tie them together across centuries. What looks random at first starts getting connected.

Historical content could be boring at times, not when we hear well chosen key events, the human behind - personal historical dramas: Power, identity, coexistence; cultural assimilation, harmony vs friction. In some neighborhoods these become more obvious personified in the story of certain residents past times and new. Some Byzantine and Ottoman style Shakespearean and Greek tragedy.
I collect their stories and bring to your attention. The reknowned charming poet with a Sephardic Jew heritage, the famous Kurdish screenplay writer, The Ottoman pharmasist, the Byzantine medical doctor, The Greek Orthodox priest's daughter to transform into the belowed pious moslem Ottoman queen , we have a large collection to choose from per your interests to do with our tour content.
