Hello travelers, I grew up with the idea of exploring the world. Before becoming a licensed tour guide I traveled a lot, worked in a cruise ship in the USA, walked Camino de Santiago French and Portuguese trails in Europe, visited every single museum in small towns, watched musicals, theaters, enchanted with art and history, experienced corporate business life for about 11 years, studied International Relations and astrology along with tour guiding. I met people from all around the world, some(eg Kiribati Republic) that I have never heard of before. My passion for exploring always continued with people, my inner self and now with my city. The Grand Bazaar is completely overwhelming. Mine was a wonderful guide taking us to lovely vendors where we were not hassled as well as providing us with history/trivia about the Bazaar. She is a wonderful guide and I am so glad that we opted for this experience. I would highly recommend it.

Enjoyed the sights and sounds of the bazaar and spice markets. Mine knew the area well and was able to point out shops of interest and especially the ones that had been owned by several generations.

We are a group of 6 and had an excellent morning with Mine. Not only did Mine take us to the Grand and Spice bazaar (half-day tour) she also did a detour to the Sultans apartments amongst other things. She was patient when we wanted to take photos as well. We are looking forward to our full day tour with Mine tomorrow. A thoroughly knowledgeable and professional guide. I would highly recommend Mine.
Mine T. took us on a fun tour of the Grand Bazaar and Spice Market. She knew many of the vendors at the markets which made it very personal. We did some shopping of course, but there was no pressure. She is personable, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable.

Please advise in advance) - Grand Bazaar: Intimidating Grand Bazaar will turn into an entertaining labyrinth puzzle as we come across unique shops in hidden streets -Coffee Break: Breath in the vibe of bazaar while enjoying a cup of coffee in one of the oldest coffee shops. -Backstreet Markets: Get ready to meet creative craftsmen and hundreds of shops in the most crowded streets occupied by locals. -Sultan's Lodge: Give a break for shopping and visit the most fascinating sultan's apartment from the 17th century. -Spice Market/End of the tour: Treat yourself with Turkish delight and a glass of herbal tea while being enchanted with the smell of spices and essential oils.
