Enjoy Istanbul on your Shore Excursion

We had a full day in Instanbul before departing on our cruise, and opted to hire a guide instead of utilizing the free excursion arranged for us through Viking. It was the best decision, as we were able to explore so many areas of the "old town" with a knowledgeable and thoughtful tour guide. The fact that she accommodated us at the last minute on her BIRTHDAY made the day all the more special, especially as we could all enjoy a lovely late afternoon lunch together. Cicek was fun, engaging, and truy gave us an insiders look into this fabulous city. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable guide

Cicek was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable of the area and paid attention to our requests. She brught us for a wonderful lunch. We shopped for carpets and ceramics. A delightful day.

We had an amazing seven hours in Istanbul with Cicek. We were able to visit everything we had hoped for and more, and Cicek also took us to an excellent restaurant for lunch! Cicek speaks excellent English, is very knowledgeable, and we would highly recommend touring with her if you get a chance.
