Neslihan was an amazing tour guide. She was so personable. She had in depth knowledge of the history of Istanbul, and also shared what it is like to be a resident of the city today. We were a family of four from the United Stares that didn’t speak Turkish and enjoyed the way she would take us to some of the best local restaurants and order local food for us to experience.

I hope I can take another tour with Neslihan. The time spent with her was a highlight of my visit to Istanbul. She showed us a wonderful combination of must see tourist attractions and activities that helped us appreciate the lives of the locals. We had a sample of many different types of food, mostly from small family run restaurants. Neslihan is the type of person who connects easily with new people, she was responsive to our requests and was very flexible. I recommend her as a tour guide without hesitation.

Neslihans brief from us was to show us some less touristy aspects of Istanbul as we’d visited before. She filled this perfectly and by using every form of public transport we experienced a more individual and interesting day. This included stops to taste local foods. At times we felt a bit rushed however she had said it would be a very full day to fit in all our requests and she did this well. Neslihan was full of knowledge and fun to be with. We certainly would recommend her.

Neslihan was fantastic. She really shared her city with us and was very flexible taking into account what we'd done the day before. Super helpful and easy to contact. Like visiting an old friend in their hometown!
