Albaycin and Sacromonte - 2.5 Hour Private Tour

Loved our tour with Mirian! It was informative and relaxing. We had walked around on our own prior to the tour so when we walked with Mirian, we were able to get a better sense of the history and community. Highly recommend a tour with her early in your visit to Granada so she can give you some advice on places to eat and see.

Mirian was very flexible in accommodating our group when she found out we ranged in age from almost 2 to almost 70 years old. Her depth of knowledge is unparalleled, and she also provided fantastic resources for further delving into the areas that most piqued our interest. Mirian is a national treasure. Thank you for giving us the context to understand the beauty we saw all over Alhambra, the Albaycin, and the caves.

Mirian is an outstanding guide. She took us on a fabulous walking tour or the Albaycin, the historic Moorish quarter, and Sacromonte, with its whitewashed cave houses and old Roma culture. There is so much history there, and Marian made it all come alive. We learned so much from her as we walked up and down the narrow streets and took in unique sights we could not have found on our own. She also took us to scenic overlooks of the Grenada hills and the Alhambra. She adapted the pace to our needs and even treated us to some delicious treats from a local monastery. The tour was one of the highlights of our three-week trip to Spain.

We loved touring Granada with Mirian! She knows every inch of the city and makes it come alive. She quickly understood our interests and took us to places we would never have discovered on our own. She was generous with her time and is also just fun to be with.
