Hello from Malaga! Thank you very much for visiting my profile, it is a pleasure to accompany you through our region! I came to Spain when I was a child and have been living continuously in Andalusia for more than 35 years. Curious as I am, from the beginning I explored the different provinces of this fascinating region and I continue to closely follow all the changes and developments in this fascinating community. In my younger years, I studied business, worked in fashion and hospitality, and for many years I combined my work as a guide with audiovisual productions as a location scout, thanks to my extensive knowledge of the region. In the last 10 years, however, I have focused mainly on private travelers. After many years of leading groups as a guide and tour leader, I prefer to show our region in a more personalized way, trying above all to avoid the overcrowding that is so common today. Of course, there are top tourist attractions where you'll always find many other visitors, but I know perfectly well how to avoid the crowds. However, there are still less-visited places where you can discover authenticity and traditions. All my published tours have high ratings, but there are still many places I'd love to suggest, on a tour completely tailored to your preferences. Of course, there are tours that are always highly sought after, such as the Alhambra in Granada, Ronda, and of course our city of Malaga, which in recent years has become one of the most popular destinations. But don't forget that there are many more possibilities. I'd be delighted to suggest the most suitable option for your interests, adapted to your family (especially when several generations are traveling together). Don't hesitate to contact me for your stay in our region! Guia de Turismo Junta de Andalucía, Registro de Turismo de Andalucía: RTA nº 646 (Official Tour Guide of the Andalusian Government, Andalusian Tourism Registration License nº 646) Member of CEFAPIT - Guias de España Licensed Guide to: Alhambra, Granada UGR University of Granada MOOC: The Alhambra: History, Art and Heritage Seville Real Alcazar & Cathedral Museum Picasso, Malaga, Carmen Thyssen Museum, Malaga Automobile Museum, Malaga Centre Pompidou Museum, Malaga Museum Joaquin Peinado, Ronda Ronda Marbella Mijas Nerja Caves * My courtesy vehicle is a Mercedes GLC SUV (2018), comfortable for up to 3 travelers (or for 4 if you are a family and wish to use the central seat in the rear row). For all Shore excursions and tours for more than 3 pax I use a local provider for vehicles of all sizes. (Minivan, minibus and can arrange a bus for larger groups.) If you have a rental car at your disposal we can agree the use of it or a meeting place at a convenient place. **** Alhambra in Granada sells out quickly! Please make sure to contact me with sufficent time in advance! 3 months prior to the date of your visit is recommendable.

Do you know that the Catholic Monarchs Isabel and Ferdinand are buried in Granada? Let us visit the Chapel Royal and discover their tombs, their personal belongings and Queen Isabel's amazing collection of religious paintings. The Royal Chapel is located just beside the Cathedral, in fact it is part of it, and is one of Spain's most important monuments. Did you know that the Kingdom of Granada was one of Europe's main silk producers? Come with me and let's discover where the former silk market "Alcassaria" was located, and where the traders stayed overnight at the caravanserai. Do you know that the Albayzin, the former Moorish neighborhood and the Alhambra belong to UNESCO World Heritage? This tour gives you a perfect introduction to Granada's past and presence. Before booking, make sure you can obtain admissions to Alhambra (general ticket). Best you contact me before booking.
We will meet at the main entrance of the Alhambra. . . and then we will walk through the city centre seeing monuments such as: -The Alhambra & Generalife complex. -Palacio de Madraza, -The Chapel Royal, -Alcaiceria (former Silk market), -Plaza Bib Rambla, -Corral del Carbon (former Caravanserai), -Plaza Isabel La Catolica I estimate 3 hours for Alhambra, and 2 hours for the City Center and lower Albayzin, plus time for a snack or lunch, total maximum 6 hours.
