¡Hola amigos! 😀
Welcome to Malaga, one of the most captivating cities in Southern Spain!
Thank you for visiting my profile and showing interest in a Malaga, which embodies the essence of any Andalusian adventure.
Bio:
My name is Roland, and I was raised in Spain. I spent my early years in adventurous East Africa before settling in the sunny Canary Islands in 1976, shortly after the passing of General Franco.
After nearly ten years in Gran Canaria, I decided to move to Málaga to pursue my studies in Tourism.
At the time, I could hardly imagine it, but moving to Málaga turned out to be the best decision of my life.
While living there, I fell in love with a charming Mediterranean woman, who became one of the main reasons I chose to make Málaga my permanent home. I truly adore this country, and after more than four decades living in different parts of the province, I can honestly say that I feel I am living in paradise.

Experience and References:
Since 1991, I have been working as a Professional Licensed and Qualified Private Tour Guide. I began my journey after completing my degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management in La Costa Del Sol.
Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of meeting outstanding professionals in this industry, many of whom have become dear friends. They now collaborate with me as unique suppliers, adding their own touch of essence to the custom-designed tours I offer.
As a Local Guiding Expert, I specialize in crafting beautiful and exciting itineraries to Ronda, Tangier, Granada and the Alhambra, Cordoba, Marbella, Mijas, and of course, Malaga itself. I cater to all kinds of people, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences. Being an adopted Malagueño, I am eager to show you the impressive and unique wonders of this region, engaging in discussions about its agriculture, nature, landscapes, gastronomy, tapas, legends, lifestyle, and history.
"All these experiences have left an indelible mark on my heart and soul. Let me share these memories with you and show you how to truly live like a local. "
Brief history:
Throughout history, Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Romans, Greeks, Vandals, Visigoths, Arabs, Moors, and even Napoleon have left their remarkable and incredible imprints on our country. This rich tapestry of cultures is what makes Andalucía so exquisitely unique to me!
"By the way, I am an easy-going, flexible, and knowledgeable person. However, when it comes to designing tours, I am serious and dedicated to providing you with the most fulfilling experiences. "
