Discover the authentic Panamanian countryside on a private farm-to-table experience combining family stories, tropical agriculture, farm animals, and traditional local food. Your visit begins with the story of our family farm and how we came to this place. Walk among plantains, cassava, lemons, soursop, and other tropical crops, with a chance to harvest seasonal produce. Meet our pigs, chickens, bulls, and horse while learning about everyday rural life in Panama. Enjoy a homemade Panamanian lunch featuring rice grown on the farm, stewed chicken, sweet plantains, fresh salad, natural fruit drinks, seasonal fruit, and homemade fruit ice cream, followed by coffee or tea. Weather permitting, we may finish with an optional refreshing dip in a nearby creek. Includes round-trip transportation from Panama City and approximately 3–4 hours at the farm. 8:00 AM – Departure from Panama City Enjoy a scenic drive into the Panamanian countryside 9:30 AM – Welcome to the farm; Family Story Discover the origins of our family farm and learn how we came to this part of Panama. 10:00 AM – Tropical Crops Walk Explore plantains, cassava, lemons, soursop, and other crops. Depending on the season, we may harvest fresh produce. 10:45 AM – Meet the Farm Animals Visit and feed the pigs and chickens, and meet our bulls and horse while learning about rural farm life. 11:30 AM – Farm-to-Table Lunch Enjoy homemade Panamanian food featuring farm-grown rice, stewed chicken, sweet plantains, salad, natural fruit drinks, fresh fruit, and homemade fruit ice cream, followed by coffee or tea. 12:30 PM – Relax a the farm; Optional Creek Visit Enjoy the countryside and, weather permitting, take a refreshing dip in the nearby creek. 1:30 PM – Return Journey Depart the farm and travel back to Panama City. Approximately 3:30–4:00 PM – Arrival in Panama City
