I am a passionate lover of nature and knowledge. As your guide, I won’t just give you dates and facts—I’ll help you experience Panama through its cultural richness, the mindset of its people, and the small details that make everyday life so unique. I always aim to be respectful of all beliefs, religions, and cultures. I started giving tours as part of a family business, and along the way, I discovered how much I enjoy connecting with people and sharing meaningful stories. Even though I’m a Psychologist by profession, Tourism has become one of my greatest passions. What I enjoy most about being a guide is offering a deeper cultural analysis of Panamanian society. I love history and I’m always studying and learning more about the daily lives, habits, and values of local communities. I believe that understanding how people live and think is one of the most enriching parts of travelling. My favourite place? The Emberá communities along the Chagres River. Surrounded by nature and far from the noise of the city, it’s a place where culture, peace, and beauty come together in a truly unforgettable way.

Step into another world on this cultural adventure to along the Chagres River deep within Chagres National Park. I invite you to sail upriver in a traditional canoe, heading towards the village surrounded by lush jungle. I'd love to introduce you to the Emberá people and accompany as you learn about their way of life, music, crafts & traditions that have been passed down for generations. Also as part of the tour, we'd take a short hike through the forest to a beautiful waterfall where you could relax & enjoy nature! You can also relax about food, because a traditional Emberá lunch will be offered—simple, fresh & full of local flavour. The first time I came here, I was deeply moved. There’s something powerful about seeing how these communities live in harmony with the land. It reminded me of the cultural richness that still exists in Panama and how much we can learn from it. Above all, your safety matters most, and I’m certified in first aid & trained for emergencies, so you’re in good hands!
