Embera Indigenous Village Full-Day Tour

Come join me on this tour to immerse yourself in the cultures of Panama with this unique and special visit to an Embera Tribe Village. Did you know that the Embera People are one of the indigenous groups that have been living in the Panama province, at Chagres river National Park area for around 50 years? This tour has the perfect mix for a relaxing day in the jungle along with learning, sharing and experiencing the lifestyle of the indigenous Embera indians. You can admire the scenery while your canoe makes its way through the jungle, navigating the Chagres river and have the experience of walking in a tropical reinforest, enjoying swimming or wading at the locals favorite waterfall.

We start the tour picking you up at the hotel, then driving to Corotú Dock, 1 hour from the city. Once there we get on the canoe to sail down the Chagres River. Once we get off the boat, we will walk down a trial admiring wonderful nature and trees in order to get to "Quebrada Bonita" where you can swim in a clear water and taking pictures with the beautiful waterfall during half hour. Right after that, we will heading to the Villages of the Indians. They will share with us about their culture, education and lifestyle. Also, you will enjoy their typical lunch Tilapia fish and green plantain. Finally, we will be ending up our tour with their original dance and traditional music.
