Hello everyone! My name is Cervando, and I'm a tour guide here in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I'd like to invite you to visit our beautiful city and discover some amazing places in the surrounding area. Here's a little about me: I was born and raised in this beautiful city. I studied Tourism in high school, and since I was very young. I've enjoyed serving tourists in many different ways. Throughout my career, I've work in several areas of the tourism industry including restaurants, hotels, airlines and tour operators from the United States and Canada. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative for Sunquest Vacations. I begun my guiding career leading large groups for several tour operators and cruise lines such as First Choice, Signature Vacations, Virtuoso, Carnival, Disney, Celebrity cruises. Today, I'm proud and happy to be a guide with ToursByLocals. One of the things I enjoy most, is sharing the beauty of my country with visitors. I have a true passion for Mexico- its history, culture, traditions, and people. I love nature, spending time with my family, and meeting people from al over the world. Overview of your Puerto Vallarta tour

Nayarit state coastline is yet unknown for many tourists. As you drive north of Puerto Vallarta, you'll discover a rich land that goes from beautiful coastal plains to exotic lush jungle vegetation. Fruit stands along the road, invite you to taste sweet mangoes, bananas, pineapples and some exotic fruits grown in the area. Colorful villages along the road, offer a good picture of rural Mexico. As we get near the port of San Blas, the vast mangrove wetlands of "La Tovara" will invite you for a boat ride to explore through beautiful canals of fresh water abounding in wildlife. (Great place for bird watching) As you walk to the top of the hill of San Basilio, the ruins of the old port of San Blas will make you glimpse a distant past when Spain ruled over this land. This is an adventure to fill your senses with Mexico.

Cervando is the best your guide in Puerto Vallarta , we went on this tour with him and he was very informative , interesting and helpful . He answered all of our questions and helped us with all of our needs . His English is perfect and he shows you all of the fun and historical sights. Cervando was an excellent guide. He had a wonderful day set for us and introduced us to the local culture and history. We were able to glimpse the lives of the locals away from the highly trafficked international tourism areas. Cervando was highly accommodating even when our own wild adventure in the down pouring rain put our day over the estimated time frame.
