I have been lived, traveled, and worked in several countries. I also graduated from the graduate university in South Korea. After I came back to my hometown, I decided to be an ambassador or a “bridge” between people by introducing my hometown Kagoshima. Kagoshima is full of history, unique culture, cuisines, and nature. This tour is good for first time visitor to Kagoshima and have limited time to travel around. In this tour, you will visit active volcano Sakurajima You will feel the natural power of active volcano Sakurajima. Approx. 3,300 people are still living on Sakurajima. We will stop by visitor center to learn about history of Sakurajima, observatory place, and other sites in Sakurajima. If time allows, we also can go to outside foot bath, buried shrine and drive though Sakurajima.
Your Kagoshima tour itinerary
09:00 Meet at arranged location 09:40 Reach to Ferry torminal and move to Sakurajima 10:00 Reach to Volcanic Island Sakurajima. Visitor center to know about the history of the volcano. Outside footbath to feel the nature gift of “Onsen”. Observatory place to feel closer to the volcano. Kurokami Shrine Gate “Torii”, which was buried 2/3 of heights due to the eruption. Lunch at local restaurant (optional) 13:00 Leave from Sakurajima 14:00 Return to starting point *This tour will use a larger size taxi which is up to 7 people. The taxi fee is not included in a guiding fee. *Through the tour, I also can suggest to visit local pottery place. You can ask details by messaging me. *This tour doesn't include travel insurance. Please make sure that you have it with you.
