I am professional sommelier since January 2012. I worked 12 years in wine business and wineries all over Verona (Valpolicella, Lake Garda, Soave) and I'm a local tour leader who lives in Verona city center with the family. Overview of your Verona tour
4 types of white and red wines handpicked for you by our expert sommelier, representing the Veneto region and the province of Verona in all its climate and terrestrial aspects. Starting with the soft bubbling Prosecco (Valdobbiadene - Treviso) that opens the palate before moving into the aromatic Lugana (South Garda Lake) or an elegant Soave (Soave - Valdalpone). We move then into the reds, all from the Valpolicella Classica area (west of Verona) with a robust Valpolicella Superiore before tasting the Prince of Verona, the noble and intense Amarone or its famous cousin, the Ripasso, for those who prefer less intense alcoholic content.
