Boat and walking tour of Sirmione and its Ancient Roman Villa

We will meet up in Sirmione, a must see place on Lake Garda. This is a town hard to forget! Every child in Northern Italy gapes in front of the amazing castle and I was no exception! Here we will jump on a private boat for a relaxed ride around the historical district to discover some great spots and views. We will then continue with an easy walk through the more off the tourist paths of Sirmione to reach the cliffs where the ancient "Grotte di Catullo" lay. Visiting the ruins of this enchanting palace will bring you back in time to when this town was home to some of the greatest and most famous characters of the ancient world. Of course there will be time for a nice gelato a coffee or - why not? - and Aperol Spritz before saying goodbye. One cannot leave Lake Garda without visiting this glorious place. . and it is essential to walk it with a guide: you will be surprised to see how many interesting stories and hidden gems still stand here despite the number of tourists.
