If you are a wine lover, a wine connoisseur or a second comer. . . this Amarone tour is for you! We head OUT OF THE "ZONA CLASSICA", in the East part of the DOC area. Towns like MEZZANE, ILLASI and TREGNAGO not only are green, intact and not traveled. Here indeed Amarone wine making becomes more EXPERIMENTAL and diverse. We see and appreciate how remarkably different wine style is in this Eastern area. While the specifics of the Amarone making process are still present, wine makers here like to experiment and to find NEW, INTRIGUING WAYS to interest you. I am a Level 1 sommelier and I have a 25+ year experience in wine tours. I select 2 wineries chosen among the very many I know, including exclusive ones as Dal Forno. The two wineries are different in position, philosophy and hospitality so that you can experience diversity and have fun on this very memorable PALATE ADVENTURE! Please note that it is possible to customize this tour including a SOAVE WHITE WINE cellar!
