My goal??? To show you my city with passion and energy! Together we will discover the city behind the facades! Walk through hidden courtyards off the beaten track and discover secret treasures and experience the real Milanese atmosphere, the one which reveals itself only to the natives. I was born in Milan from a real Milanese family and it was here that I went to school. With my grandparents I would wander through the narrow streets by bike and of course see the opera at la Scala , so I had the opportunity to learn and appreciate the tradition hidden behind a busy and modern business city. My luck starts with my name, Fedra, which comes from the ancient Greek mythology. My favorite subject is art with its history and I'm continuously studying to deepen my knowledge about this fascinating world. After graduation I went to Germany for 5 years to study tourism and later I worked for 19 years for the German Airlines at the front desk. I love working with people from different countries. Like every Italian I love food culture. . This is quality of life! Good food and wine belong to your Milan experience an so. . to our tour! I was born in Milano and it will be a pleasure to show you my home city. We will start visiting the magnificent Duomo of Milan, the marvellous Gothic cathedral. After a quick Milanese stop for cappuccino we will continue your tour to the Vittorio Emanuele II Gallery, the sparkling glass vaulted shopping mall to Piazza della Scala with the world-famous opera theatre "La Scala". we will leave the chaotic city center to stroll the Brera area, also known as the artistic heart of the city, characterized by small artisans' workshops and stores and the big art academy. Here we will taste one of the most famous and delicious Milanese specialty: The Risotto alla Milanese with, of course, vino della casa. After a delicious Gelato the final stop of the tour will be the imposing Sforza Castle, the renaissance residence of the lords of Milan. It will be a pleasure to discover the red brick architecture of its courtyards and visiting the masterpiece by Michelangelo "La Pietà Rondanini
Fedra is charming, informative and took us on a delightful full day tour of Milan. There are insights she was able to share walking around that we would not have appreciated on our own. I highly recommend her to anyone coming to Milan and are a bit tight on time and hope to get a bit of Milan memories to take home. By the end of the day, you will share her love of the city!!!

Fedra was a wonderful tour guide with a great personality and sense of humor. She adjusted the tour to accommodate our wishes and gave us good insight into other places to see. It was like spending the day with a good friend who was proud to show us the best parts of her city and we will call on her again to show us more when we return to Milan.
Duomo cathedral Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II La Scala Opera House. The visit of this area will take about 3 hours. We will walk about 20 minutes to Brera district and have or lunch break. To enjoy the typical Italian atmosphere you should consider for the lunch at least 1 hour. After lunch we will walk to Sforza Castle and Michelangelo Museum La Pietà Rondanini The order of the itinerary may be different in order to cope with the opening times. Any ticket entrance is extra, you can decide on the spot where of if you want to visit the attractions also inside. Please contact me for customization.
