Full Day Private Tour of Delhi with Old Delhi Heritage Walk

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of Delhi with Mona. He was very friendly and knowledgable and I thought he had the perfect balance of providing details and insights that were helpful without being overly long. I would not hesitate to book another tour with him.

Fantastic experience! From the very beginning, Mona was so accommodating with my schedule and went above and beyond to design a custom itinerary that took into account what I had already seen. He crafted an amazing full-day tour through both Old and New Delhi, and every part of it was outstanding. The absolute highlight was our morning walk through Old Delhi’s spice market—vibrant, unforgettable, and made even better by a rickshaw ride through the bustling streets. He was incredibly personable, full of fascinating stories, and shared wonderful insight into Indian culture that truly brought the city to life. On top of that, he helped take some fantastic photos so I could capture the memories. I couldn’t recommend Mona more highly and will utilize his services again when I return!

This was one terrific day! Mona was at our hotel early and we did an all day tour of the sites that we had preselected. While en route to the first place, he gave us some general background on historical and modern India, which provided a nice context to what we were going to see. Also, prior to actually walking around the site, Mona explained its history and significance, adding more details at each stop along the way. Mona was able to shepherd us around long lines, making the experience even more enjoyable. He took some great pictures of the two of us as well as pointing out photo opportunities for us to shoot. The car was spotless and Mona thoughtfully provided some snacks and drinks. This was really a five-star tour and one you should not miss!

We had a great day with Mona! Mona is friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, patient, flexible and fun. It was a full, varied day as he not only made sure all our requests (even last minute additions) were fulfilled, he also took us on a tour through his city. In Old Delhi and New, from numinous Mandirs and bustling markets steeped in tradition, to monuments, government buildings and a one of a kind department store in a modern metropolis, we experienced the contrast and confluence of Delhi’s culture and history. We will definitely look up Mona when we are in Delhi again!

Mona was one of the best guides we’ve ever had. I am a tour guide myself so I know what to look for. He is extremely knowledgeable, very personable and loves what he does. Double thumbs up !
