Hi, I was born in a Village Salawas near Jodhpur and still I live in village which is 30 Minutes drive from jodhpur city center. I speak two languages (English & Hindi) and am a fan of all types of art because me & my all family traditionaly artist. We can be in a walking tour, using public transportation, skin by skin with the local people as to have a lonely planet guide but in a person. City Sight Seeing- Mehrangurd fort, Jaswant Thada, Clock-Tower, UmedBhawan Palace, Mandor Garden & Shopping in textiles, pentings, Antique Handicrafts, Jewellery, etc. . . . . . . .
Had a great 2 day tour with Chhotaram,he was very obliging.really very knowledgeable as only a local could be.Met his delightful family and had a delicious lunch there.We wanted to change the itinerary a little and it wasn't any problem.His Jeep was great to get around in.Would definitely recommend him.
My 18-year old son and I took Chhotaram's "Two-day Tour" with the village safari and the camel tour. So far, it has been the absolute highlight of our time in India. An amazing tour by an amazing tour guide !! I saw the things I wanted to see and then some. I even experienced the local village life like I never thought possible. He added very personal experiences with his family, who were very kind and welcoming. Good driver, good english. Jeep was without air conditioning, but that became part of the whole local experience. And for some of the roads we took, we definitely needed the jeep. Fabulous !! Highly recommend him. Jim
