Diane’s passion for honoring the American soldiers who fought for France’s freedom was evident throughout. She was reverent at the memorials and beaches, yet brought warmth and energy to the journey. - Pick up from your hotel and drive to Normandy (around 3h from Paris) - Visit the American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer, - Omaha Beach - The seaside town of Arromanches (Gold Beach) with a lunch break - The bunkers/ Blockhaus and gun emplacements used by the German for the Atlantic Wall. - Return to Paris in the evening (The itinerary can be adjusted to suit your interests whenever possible! If you'd like any changes, please contact me in advance and I'll do my best to accommodate them)
