Dear guest, I am a friendly licensed guide offering tours in and around Paris. Originally from the countryside region of Burgundy (Make wine, not war!!!), I arrived in Paris 16 years ago. I first fell in love with the city… and then fell in love with a Parisian in a grey suit… and together we made… two little Parisians! Whether it is your first or tenth visit, the possibilities are endless. Monuments, museums, walking tours or a mix of all these. . . I can also arrange private transportation on request. I can start early and/or finish late. Feeling lost? I will guide you through the various options or tailor a tour from scratch based on your special interests. Guiding is not only about history. I like to give local colour to my tours, sharing the little details that make Paris so special, sharing food too, taking you to the hidden bistrot around the corner for an express French immersion!!! … à bientôt ! PS: What you want to see is not included in my list of tours (Marmottan museum, Orangerie, Opera House, Rodin Museum, etc…)? Please send me an email and I will arrange a tour. Licensed Guide - License n° 1475 142P Master's Degree in English Literature Technical Translation Degree I have my driving license but I am not a driver guide, I can arrange a driver for you if you would like a city tour or day excursion!

A complete private tour of a spectacular museum: although much smaller than the Louvre, Orsay has so much to offer!! From Millet's peasants, the incredible architecture of the museum, numerous Impressionist masterpieces, the surprising and fun miniature replica of the streets of Paris or Opera house to color blinding art by pointillist painters, Van Gogh and Gauguin. . . and all the stories around the artists. There is so much to enthuse about in Orsay!! What I love to look at with you on this tour is how social and technical evolutions paved the way for the Impressionist revolution and how artworks are telling us that story and many more. . . PLEASE READ before BOOKING: Temporary exhibit is not included in the tour, you may visit on your own after our tour
Artworks on display at Orsay change very regularly and the contents of the tour is not standard. Itinerary will be adapted to your taste but will include must-sees of the museum : Millet, Manet, Monet, Degas, Cabanel, Courbet, Rodin, Pissaro, Sisley, Caillebotte, Van Gogh, Gauguin. . . The tour includes art on the ground floor and top floor and can be customized to your taste. For any themed tour with a specific subject (Women in 19th century art, Art Nouveau, . . . ) please see due a message so we can customise the tour together and I will send you a quote accordingly. PLEASE READ before BOOKING: I am happy to either purchase tickets for you or let you purchase your tickets. Just make sure you include tickets in your booking if you would like me to purchase them. Also, please send me a quick word before booking if at all possible. I will then be able to check for group fast pass availability as Orsay museum often has very long lines. ;)
