Bonjour! Aloïs here, I live in Paris since 16 years and still fall in love with my city everyday, come on a tour with me to experience Paris like a parisian. As a tour guide, my favorite thing is to point out the little details you may not have noticed and to explore lesser known places. A detour out of the beaten path next to the most famous monuments takes you to unexpected gems. Of course I will take you to the big sights, Notre-dame, le sacré-coeur, la tour Eiffel, le Louvre, and for each show you where to look at them from and tell the stories behind. We are so lucky to live in a city rich of thousands years of history: let's explore together the antic ruins in the Latin quarter, the medieval mansions in Marais, or the former ateliers of Montmartre's famous painters. When we are together I am flexible and adapt to your likings :) Let me know your passions and I might show you something special. Or we can stop for café and delicious food wherever, I will show you the good spots. Last but not least my passion for history and beauty is related to my other job, as a personal stylist. I take my clients to the best stores in towns whether new or vintage and give them tips and tricks to look their most fabulous. I also published 3 books on fashion styling and fashion history. Overview of your Paris tour
You are looking for experiencing rather than just sightseeing? Spend a day around town with me to discover the life of a local We'll wander around the lovely neighborhood of Marais to discover its spectacular mansions and secret gardens. (Ladies might want to do some shopping. . . here are the best spots ^^) Then enjoy a lunch break in a typical french restaurant. On the very day, I'll give you several options. We will keep walking toward the center of Paris and enjoy a spectacular rooftop view. On the way I'll show you some of my favorite pastry shops. . . Maybe you'll be tempted? Have you heard of the covered passages? They are wonderful gems of the city. Let's wander through them and the fabulous hidden gardens. If we have some time left, we'll head to Opéra and maybe Galeries Lafayette which is more than just a department store. At the end of the day, I'll accompany you to my very favorite charcuterie, cheese, and wine tasting place. (This program can be customed to your likings)
