Mathilde was a joy! She has a great personality and knows where to take you for tasty treats. She was very understanding that we'd just arrived and we were working through jet lag. Mathida was very accommodating to the 6 people us on our foodie tour, with several of us having mobility issues. She meet us at our hotel, then arranged for taxis to get to the central area for our walking tour. The food samples were delicious, finalized with wine.

Mathilde is very knowledgeable and gave us good history on how certain foods came to be popular. We learned a lot about how the city had developed, especially in terms of food and food production. It’s a fascinating way to learn about the city. She has a great sense of humor and took us to many excellent and fascinating places: Sweet and Savory! She had answers for all questions, including those not related to food.
