My wife and I booked the One Day in Paris tour with Mouna prior to joining an 11-day group throughout Europe. Our goal was to get as much out of Paris as we could during the couple of days that we were there before joining the group tour. And in all honesty, for us, Mouna hit it out of the park! We had so much fun, learned so much and saw so many things that we never could have experienced if we had not booked this tour with Mouna. She was outstanding! While it may sound like a cliche, we said many times that she is the 'best tour guide in Paris'! Despite it being quite hot during the tour, Mouna kept us on task, but also worked at our pace when the situation required it. Mouna used a combination of knowledge, organization, personality and humor to make the day so enjoyable. Yet, there were also times that required persistence and craftiness to get just the right photo or path to work around the crowds at the major attractions. On one specific occasion, we were able to get a front row picture in front of the Arc de Triomphe despite significant crowding due to Mouna's experience and savvy. She used professional techniques and a mannered approach to make sure we got the most out of our tour. She even displayed a little feistiness when the situation called for it. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and are so happy that we chose Mouna as our guide. She is a gem! Or more aptly put, the 'Best Tour Guide in Paris!'
