Come and join me in this delightful journey into colours, lights, and the joy of living! I will lead you through the beautiful galleries built from an abandoned train station and tell you stories of how the group of young rebel artists struggled and eventually managed to change the history of arts. It is an experience you won't want to miss! The 19th century Europe is marked by huge social economic changes which in turn catalysed the reforms in arts, from academism to realism, from impressionism to modern art. The Orsay Museum houses the world's largest impressionist collection. We will go through the works of some of the most important artists such as Manet, Monet, Edgar Degas, Van Gogh and more. There is no better place to indulge yourself in the mesmerising colours and lights. *Please note that the Orsay Museum closes on Mondays, guided tours are not allowed on Sundays.
