Review Claudio met us on time at a very convenient meeting location. He efficiently guided us through the group entrance and, once inside, provided personal audio receivers so we could hear him clearly over the crowds. They also allowed us to step away briefly to view exhibits while still hearing his commentary. He is exceptionally knowledgeable. He began the tour in the Louvre’s medieval excavations, an area I didn’t even know existed, and it ended up being one of our favorite parts of the visit. Throughout the tour he shared fascinating insights about the artwork, often enhancing his explanations with images and illustrations on his iPad. His commentary on the Louvre’s iconic masterpieces—including the Mona Lisa, Winged Victory of Samothrace, Venus de Milo, and the works of Leonardo da Vinci—was engaging and informative. Claudio has a wonderful personality and is completely fluent in English, French, and Italian. “Claudio did an excellent job navigating the crowds and positioning us for the best views without wasting time.” The entire experience was relaxed, efficient, and exceptionally well organized. We learned a tremendous amount while never feeling rushed. I would highly recommend Claudio to anyone looking for a first-class private tour of the Louvre.

Claudio has a broad knowledge of art history and he was able to give us the highlights of The Louvre in three hours…which is nearly impossible once you’ve seen the size of it. He was also flexible in accommodating some special requests that we asked of him during the tour. We left more than satisfied and wondering when we can go back again.

Going to the Louvre with Claudio was great. This was our first time there and we enjoyed being able to see the most important paintings. I also really enjoyed learning about the history of the museum it self. Claudio knew a lot and left us wanting more time in the museum.
