Paulina was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, flexible and friendly. What stood out to me was her attention to me. I got lightheaded and felt overheating a couple of times. She immediately found a spot for me to rest and got drinks and food to help me recover. Great human being, knowledgeable and kind the entire time. I truly enjoyed the tour.

Paulina is an excellent guide - knowledgeable, experienced, personable, and always ready to customize the itinerary on the basis of individual needs. Not only did we see historical and cultural sites, but we also benefited greatly from her practical advice about restaurants, bathrooms, and local customs, etc. Paulina has a warm and relaxing sense of humour, and she goes out of her way to make sure everyone is happy. Any special requests are handled smoothly. For example, my wife is allergic to shellfish and I am a vegetarian, but somehow she managed to find us a suitable restaurant for lunch. When I discovered that I had left a bag at a previous stop, she even managed to recover it. We were in excellent hands with Paulina. I would choose her again in a heartbeat!

Paulina is great and knowledgeable. My wife and I spent the day getting to know the city and her. She designed an itinerary around our interest from sightseeing to eating local cuisine. I highly recommend her

Paulina was knowledgeable, friendly and apparently knows everyone in Cartagena. She was great and took us to a small bar in a home in Gesementi as well as the nicest bar at the Sofitel with tons of sights and history in between. As someone who has settled in Cartagena from Bogota, it is clear that she loves her city and wants to share. Thank you for that gift!
