5 star service! We were on a cruise to Latin America and the Caribbean, which had a one-day stop in Cartagena. We booked a 6-hour tour for 6 adults, including a family member who traveled with a wheelchair. We had an amazing time getting to know Daniel, and subsequently we fell in love with the city of Cartagena. By the end of our weeklong trip, we all said that we wanted to return to this beautiful city. I have booked tours with many private guides around the world, and Daniel is truly one of the best. He is very responsive with his communication. He provided clear directions for exiting the cruise terminal because it could be very confusing for a first-time visitor. His tour had a nice balance of all the main stops in Cartagena. There is ample time for strolling around various areas. There is also time for shopping! We wanted to spend more time in Cartagena so we added an extra hour for lunch. Daniel took us to a lovely local restaurant where we had some of the best food during our trip. Daniel is very knowledgeable, funny, personable. He was also helpful with our family member with mobility issues. We were also accompanied by a professional driver, John, who always made it easy for us to hop into the van when were done visiting a particular site. Our small group of eight people really enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Daniel Gray was outstanding. From initial booking onward, Daniel was easy to communicate with. He designed a wonderful itinerary for us including a stop at a restaurant for beverages and snacks which I had requested. The tour of the old city was wonderful as was our stop at San Felipe castle. To end our tour our stop at the less touristy, artistic Getsamani area was very interesting. Daniel comes full of energy, knowledge, professionalism and a true love of his city and country. We all learned a lot in the four hours we were on the tour. The transportation was a brand new, luxury Mercedes Benz van. And the driver was very good. A bonus was having Daniel's wife on as part of his team. We all highly recommend this tour and Daniel. You won’t be sorry.

Daniel was knowledgeable, organized and friendly. He was in constant contact with us. He took us not only to the places listed but some unique ones as well. We highly recommend him!!!

He is an absolutely incredible guide, taking us to places in a sequence that avoided the cruise ship crowds and even taking us off the beaten path to see sights less frequented by tourists. We enjoyed some great coffee and conversation and he has a wealth of knowledge to share. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent tour!

I have had many tour guides over the years, but Daniel was among the very best. We were in Cartagena for 3 days. I told him we would like to do a general tour one day, a food tour the second day and a sunset harbor tour on day 3 and he organized it all and told us very passionately all about Cartagena. On a whim, I decided to play golf on the morning of day 3 and he organized my tee time and transportation totally seamlessly. Also gave us great restaurant recommendations. You will love Daniel too.
