Colombian Coffee Crawl Tour

Colombia is the third largest coffee producing country and the largest producer of mild coffee in the world. It is characterized by having a lot of body and each region offers a different profile in the cup: there are some with sweet, nutty and chocolate, even floral and fruity, almost tropical notes. The Colombian topography means that coffee is planted mainly on slopes and that its collection is manual, a condition that enhances quality and flavor. Since I was little, I have been interested in everything that stands out in Colombia, especially the biodiversity of fauna and flora, roses, orchids, butterflies, birds and of course coffee. I will be happy to share my readings and from the hand of expert baristas we will do a crawl tasting the best brands, using different filtering methods that allow us to awake the senses of sight, taste and smell to discover the richness that a cup of excellent Colombian coffee contains.
