Introduction to the Colombian Coffee, explanation of the process of the coffee, raw materials, qualities, exercises olfactory and gustatory, ending with a guided tasting of 3 different coffees through rituals of preparation. It is never too late to be baptized and even more if it is the initiation in a world full of Flavors and Sensations.
Great, informative tour by Daniel. We saw more of Cartegena than we expected to and Daniel, as a history graduate, was very knowledgeable. Coffee tasting with David was fun - we'd never have stumbled across somewhere like that without a local guide. Thanks Daniel.
One of the biggest highlights of being on a Princess Cruise was our stop in Cartagena and scheduling a tour with Daniel! He tailor made our tour with where we wanted to go and we saw places we ordinarily wouldn't have had the opportunity to see. Danny was knowledgeable, personable, adorable (according to my daughters) and I would highly recommend anyone who has the opportunity to book a tour with him, you won't be disappointed!!! Daniel you are a star, what a great day we had with you . The pickup was well organised and on time. The coffee shop / café was a great experience and the rest of the walking tour very informative . I would whole heartedly recommend this trip.
Daniel was a terrific guide, friendly, full of information, prompt and made the tour a delight! His commentary as we drove or walked around was interesting and personalized. He took us to a shop where an expert in coffee roasting gave us a private "class" in coffee making -- along with a delicious Irish coffee. His tour was a true highlight of our entire trip!!
