Wilson knows his city! We had a great tour at short notice due to getting only 24 hours' notice that our cruiseship was docking in Cartagena instead of Aruba. Wilson was able to organisre a vehicle to accommodate my particular mobility needs (I am unable to climb stairs or get into a high vehicle plus I use a wheelchair in port). He took us to many of the most interesting and historic sites in Cartagena and we spent some free time looking around Los Bovedas, the old prison cells, now shops, for souvenirs. We met Wilson for the tour outside the cruise terminal gates but he was able to drop us off about 100m nearer when the tour was finished.
