As a Mürren resident, I'm able to lead fascinating tours in the heart of the famous Jungfrau region of Switzerland. I am the tour leader for Mürren Tourist Office, helping guests from around the world to explore and enjoy this bucket-list destination. My background is in education, teaching Design & Technology for many years and latterly Outdoor Education. As a teacher I have travelled extensively, and now share my experience as I am the Swiss representative for an educational tour company. I am a qualified ski instructor with First Aid training, and a regular participant in sports events including the famous Inferno races!     Wow, this tour could not have been better. We experienced waterfalls, the majestic alps going up to Schilthorn, quaint mountain towns (Murren is simple, yet the "Swiss Chalet/Swiss Alps" beauty that you tend to think of for traditional Switzerland), cable cars, a bit of hiking, breathtaking scenery, and gained so much knowledge of the culture of this area too.     Nick was not only incredibly knowledgable, he was incredibly personable and made this a gret experience for adults and kids alike. My daughters (age 10 and 12) were engaged the entire time and loved every minute of our time together. He made it easy to navigate the trains, gondolas etc and we can't wait to come back in the winter for a ski adventure. We'd highly...

    We had a great day with Nick visiting the Jungfrau and adjacent area. He really is a terrific guide and we would recommend him without any hesitation. He has a deep knowledge of the area and is passionate in telling its story – a really enjoyable person to spend the day with. If our travels allowed, we’d love to use him as a skiing guide during the winter.
