Welcome, I can't wait to show you what I believe is special and unique about my country. I am a qualified Failte Ireland National Tour Guide and have a BA (Hons. ) Degree in History and Heritage Studies. I can trace my Galwegian roots back to 1776, to the Aran Islands and I have been offering guided tours since 2012. I offer private tours and luxury transportation for up to 7 people, including day tours, multi-day tours starting in Dublin and shore excursions from Galway Port. Throughout my life, I have travelled extensively around the world and realised the value of a good guide in bringing a place alive. I resolved back then to become a professional guide one day and show visitors the places I feel are unique and special to my country. I am a fully accredited Failte Ireland National Tour Guide. I have full public liability insurance and hold a SPSV and D1 drivers license and as you can see from my reviews, I'm a safe, conscientious driver. I was honoured to serve as former Chairperson of the Galway Tour Guides Association, and I'm a current member of ATGI, The Association of Tour Guides of Ireland. I currently live in Galway City by the sea. If you are unsure of your travel plans, I'm happy to work with you on an itinerary that suits your needs. I was born in a Gaelic speaking area and would love to share a few words with you and share my passion for Ireland's history and folklore. All my tours are highly customisable, so whether its a visit to Cliffs of Moher, Connemara or The Aran Islands, a detour to something different like seashore an oyster farm; a cookery school on an enchanted island; artisan weavers or a local independent whiskey distillery, it can always be accommodated.
