Hi, I'm Carmel, and I am a qualified SPSV driver-guide. I am passionate about local, sustainable and responsible tourism, that is growing rapidly nationally across Ireland, and globally. This tour was wonderful. Carmel was unable to take us personally but the driver she arranged to take us was fantastic and had great knowledge about the history and area. We even stopped at Banratty castle for a tour. We would definitely book wtih Carmel again.
Carmel was unable to do the tour due to an understandable circumstance that arose a few weeks before our visit, but instead of cancelling she very nicely found a substitute guide, Tony, who was wonderful. It was a spectacular tour and Tony went out of his way to make it a memorable day at the Cliffs and the Burren we will never forget.
We had a wonderful day on the Cliffs of Moher tour. Carmel was a wonderful guide and really adjusted the day based on what my family wanted to see. Her local knowledge was outstanding and I would not hesitate to hire her again!

Carmel was punctual, professional and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we saw everything we wanted to see. She was also good enough to get the operators of an old stone fort to open up after hours to give us a tour and history lesson. She then took as to see an ancient burial site that put her way behind schedule to arrive at her own home.
Carmel is great! Our family really enjoyed the tour, learned a lot about the area and the history. She was always thinking two steps ahead to make sure we were hitting spots ahead of the large coach tours and was very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend her.
