Hello, I am Makis! I was born and grow up in Santorini and I offer private tours. I am an experienced local guide who provide private tours for many years on Santorini. I love this island and I see as my obligation to give to the travelers the local eyeside about traditions. It was always my passion meeting people from all over the world and sharing my knowledge for my island's history since I was a kid. I want to show you hidden places and narrate stories of my grand father, about old Santorini's habbits and traditions. I also study as an architect in Athens university, that make me more perfectionist. I am an passionate - professional and my willing is to show you as much as I can of my island, making your tour really memorable. Great tour by a real local. Ioakeim got us to all the sites we wanted on a busy day on the island :) As a tip for fellow travelers: I always like to check a guide's social media timelines beforehand to get a good indication that they actually live in the area for many years. Ioakeim is 100% the real deal and an amazing guide. Highly recommend! ;)

We had the best time on this tour. This is a must do tour with a true multigenerational local. He couldn't have been better. The tour was perfect for our family and there was no rush or pressure. We were delayed by the cable car and tender from our cruise ship and he waited so patiently for us. There was great communication before and during the tour. If I ever come back...
