Hike the Traditional Town of Poros Half-Day Adventure

Poros old town is marvellous example of an island architecture that captures the most demanding visitor. As a child I was used to play and run round the little alleys through the beautiful white yards of the traditional houses of the island. The smells of basils , wild flowers and little lemon trees have engrave in my memory since childhood. The view from the clock tower of Poros town accompanied me as a teenager when I wanted to escape from everyone. The old town was built like this in order to be hidden from pirates but its wide open for you to discover and enjoy. That's the magical scenery we want to introduce you to. Our route will follow the 3 ridges of the main island (Agioi Anargiri, windmill and clock tower) , visit a traditional courtyard to enjoy a local fresh lemonade and descending to the old city of Poros for lunch in a traditional tavern and visit the small souvenir shops.

On Spetses island, locals usually start their day in "Ntapia" area, having a coffee before going to work.
"Ntapia" or "horseshoe" -this is what locals call it due to its shape!- is the center of Spetses Island.

It used to be a meeting point for lords and captains during the period of the Greek Revolution of 1821.
Today it is the favorite place of locals and travelers.

It is also my favorite area to walk; no matter how many years I have had this habit, I am always enchanted by its simple beauty.

You have the opportunity to have a full day cruise with a local taxi boat to remote beaches around Poros. All these places that we are going to visit are the places I know since childhood and spend a lot of hours training there for my swim and triathlon races. The water there is crystal clear blue and makes the snorkeling a unique experience. If you are lucky maybe we will meet seals and dolphins passing by our boat. You can swim, snorkeling and have SUP lessons or SUP tour with your personal SUP by a professional coach-guide. The SUP tour-lesson will give you the experience of flying on the water and feel free like a seagull. As our day evolves you will feel more and more connected with nature and the sea. After that, you deserve to taste unique local food as a reward. We will have our lunch in a traditional tavern nearby or as a picnic on a beach (depending on the place we are going to stop).

Every time I had the chance to see Spetses roundly by sea, I would always think that its shape looks like lace(!).
That is because Spetses is full of small magical gulfs!

My favorite part of this place is its big number of hidden beaches and the turquoise sea water.
The island is full of pine trees, even very close to the coasts(!) something very rare for Greece.
Also, a small secret is that beaches that cannot be reached on foot, are the most wonderful!

We'll make our way along the well worn footpath under a canopy of trees up stone steps that have been cut out of the rock. We'll pass through the picturesque villages of Kapotithes and Pachia rachi - where 400 year old stone houses have been lovingly restored. After a stroll around Pachia rachi to admire beautiful gardens and inspiring architecture we'll follow a footpath down to the ancient olive grove of Elaonas - where the trees are estimated to be between 1000 and 2000 years old our tour will end where it started off, sandy beach of Marathonas

Methana Volcano Hiking and Winery Full-Day Tour

Following us in unique and magical trekking at the foothills and one of the craters of an active Volcano. The Volcano of Methana. Having experience of many years at the paths of Methana we will guide you in a unique route of 30 min in lava scenery nad we will uphill in one of the craters of Methana. The most recent explosion activity was happened before about 300 years at the underwater space of the peninsula. The magic of the area doesn't cause us any anxiety but otherwise, the intense energy that exists in the crater makes us feel really relaxed. That's why we encourage our visitors to stay in the crater alone for a few minutes for meditation and relaxation. It's a unique experience that invigorates you incredibly. Coming out, the view of the deep blue sea completes a magical scenery.
I love to listen to the way that they feel when they get in the crater of Methana Volcano or when they see the view from the Clock Tower of Poros during sunset.
